About us
Following the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, the FAA mandated that airline catering be inspected. Gate Safe, Inc. was formed in response to this mandate in October 2001. Today, over 500 Gate Safe employees perform a variety of service solutions for more than 90 airlines at more than 35 airports across the U.S. Gate Safe also operates in 17 of the 18 airports considered "focus hubs" by the TSA for air cargo.

Service
Gate Safe currently performs services including catering inspection and observation, AOA services, aircraft sweeps, security screening (wanding, pat-down and carry-on bag searches), cargo inspection and warehouse cargo guards.
